I sent Jack Cox a message about a possible meeting at the Copperstate Fly-in and I got the following response:

Thanks for your email. Unfortunately we will be not going to Copperstate
this year . . . I have been undergoing treatment for colon cancer over the
summer months and have put my fly-in attendance on hold until next year. I
am doing fine - having completed both chemo and radiation and all is
looking well.

I was unaware that he was not well. I though some of the rest of you folks might want to know the situation.
