Default Wing Crates repurposed

I need to clear the hangar floor for the arrival of the fuselage kit in a few weeks. Here is what I did with the wing crates. I sectioned the spar crate into three 30" sections and nailed them into the large crate and now have some awesome shelves!

Expensive, but nice!!

If you want something to do with the spar box, then use it a a long step. I keep it right next to one of my benches, when I need to stand on something to do work from a higher angle, then it is great. I can walk the entire length of the bench without moving anything. Even with both benches bolted together lengthwise.

Nice! I'm thinking maybe 1/3 to 1/2 of the shipping crate for my QB fuselage will make a nice spray booth for smaller parts. Or I can leave it intact and rent it out as a guest house.
