Default Removing 100LL fuel stains?

I recently had a leaking fuel tank (since repaired) on my 6-A. The white gear leg fairing is now covered with blue fuel streaks that don't come off with naphtha or denatured alcohol. I searched the forums and could not find this subject although I believe this has to have been discussed before.

Someone please advise what takes the stain off without damaging the paint.

Thanks for any help.
