Default About to install wing walk material - tips?

Well, the plane is finally out of the paint shop (YAY!) and I'm ready to install the wing walk material (I got the stuff from Ray Allen). Needless to say, I don't want to muck this up...so, any tips on installing it?

I know it seems pretty easy, just looking for how people did it with theirs to ensure it's straight, bubble-free, etc. BTW, the paint has been on for a couple of weeks now so should be pretty hard.

TIA!

Chalk lines for line up.

Get a clean bug spray bottle - couple of drops of Dawn or similar in a cupful of luke warm water.

Spray over the surface so it has a light misting of water.

Peel off the backing and using your glamorous assistant, line it up and slowly lay out - the water will allow a little time to re align - similar to applying vinyl decals, then using a smooth squeegee, start down the centreline and work outwards.

Use a scalpel to pick out the letters and carefully apply them to the side of the beer fridge.

Oh, while you are there, reward yourself with cold suds
