RV-8 sitting on the ground

This morning a friend of mine, Stefano Bonaga, sent me this nice shot from last Friday (annual EAA italian meeting). No mountain around so ... looks strange

That is a great shot of your RV-8. I have saved a copy of the picture on my IPAD and will show it to a buddy of mine that painted his -4 in a similar pattern (picture below)
