Default Garmin GTR 200 question

Love the new GTR 200; crisp, clear intercom and comm audio and lots of configuration options. I fly a lot of formation and talk to my flight on the primary freq and listen to approach or get the ATIS on the monitor frequency. The monitor frequency is so much louder than the primary freq that I can't hear when the guys in my flight are trying to talk to me.

Anyone know how to turn down the volume on the monitor frequency while keeping the primary freq the same?

Can't find out how to do it in the manuals.

Oly

Hello Oly,

If you have 3D Audio enabled, when monitoring two frequencies you will hear the active frequency in one ear and the standby frequency in the other ear. Is it possible that the volume on one side of your headset is turned down? An easy test would be to disable 3D Audio using the option in the setup menu, and see if the volume difference goes away.
