Poly Fiber- Great Customer Service!

I was going to apply some UV Smooth Prime on some fairings and found out that the catalyst had solidified. A quick e-mail to their tech folks had another bottle of activator on the way at no charge. I have had some great experiences with vendors as my project has progressed. Too bad that so many non-aviation vendors out there don't follow their example...
