Default Steel-jacketed wires: good neighbors?

Hi everyone,
I have some very nice CHT and EGT probes that have steel-mesh-jacketed wire runs coming out the backside. I have run these in bundles along with some other (rubber and tefzel covered) wires.

I am wondering if the steel jackets pose a wear hazard to the other wires in the bundle. The bundles are pretty tight, secured usually every 6 inches, and it doesn't seem like there will be much motion in there, but they are attached to a 2500 RPM vibrating engine...

It's not ususally a problem, just make sure they aren't fraying.

Question Spiral Wrap

If you are concerned, spiral wrap around the metal lines only would work...

Would be an easy fix....
