Default Tip: Rolling the leading edge of elevator

RV-14
Positioned the 3/4" thin wall conduit at the aft radius of rivet holes and laid the tape on the pipe, tight but not lifting the skin. Used opened eye bolts as seen on this forum.

Results without adjustment

Pulled edge out and down while pushing on the bend.

Good fit with minimal adjustment.

Used to hold skins tight while squeezing rivets
