540 oil sump question.
Is the pan rail and engine mount pad geometry the same between the K and D series engines?
In other words, can you swap sumps between the engines (ignoring the induction differences)?
I have a line on a K series sump that I want to modify, but only if the oil pan rail and mount ears will bolt to my D series engine.
