Default McCauley Prop

I am building an RV-6A and I am to the point of installing the engine cowling. I had purchased an O-360 and prop from another RV builder. As it would have it I just realized that this prop (McCauley Constant Speed) does not have the correct provisions to mount the spinner that will allow the engine cowling to fit properly. This motor and prop came off a Mooney so I know it is an approved combo. Has anyone used this combo recently? There are some older posts on the subject but no really sure fire way to install. Would I be better to just sell the McCauley and get the Hartzell? This prop has only 59 hours since rebuild and is like new... Not sure of the cost difference or if there may be other options?
