Default Another proseal question

I haven't closed up my tank and the proseal on the ribs and stiffeners has cured. I want to add some extra proseal to rivets and ribs just to make sure they are less likely to leak, will it stick ok or do I need to do some prep work?
Thanks in advance.

Have you seen his tanks ? Probably not .

I do believe the sealant will stick to the previous applied sealant just fine . If you think it needs more add it now as it is easy to do .

Wait a minute, you just spent some quality time with Proseal, and you're asking if it will stick... . You know the answer. Of course it will.

Default sticky stuff

I've seen a blob of ProSeal leap halfway across the room just so it could stick on something I'm trying to keep clean. No worries!

"Fine as is", ie no prep work needed before applying more Proseal, which was the answer to OP original question.
