Default Tie downs

Some time ago I purchased a set of corkscrew style tie downs from someone in the NW. They are a set of 3 with a bar for turning the tie downs into the ground and some rope SS in a nice storage sleeve. Does anyone know who the seller is or was??? I may want another set. Thanks
