Default 110 degree Countersink question

I can buy 100 degrees, and 120 degrees, but the only source I have found for a 110 degree countersink is $300. What are the rest of you using for attaching thin dimpled sheet to thick base stock? 100 or 120 would get the job done, but it does not seem right. I can't believe everyone is buying a $300 countersink, so I must be missing something...

Default 100 degree

Use the 100 degree. All the cutters that came in my tool kit are 100 degree.

For AN426 solid rivets, 100 degree counter sink is standard.

The RV-12 uses some pulled rivets that require a 120 degree counter sink.

Default countersinks

Aircraft Spruce has various piloted stop countersinks available at reasonable prices. Non piloted from mscdirect.com, most industrial hardware stores have the plain countersinks starting around $15-20

Use 100 deg .... for solid rivets ... 120 for 'pop' style pulled rivets ...
