Talking RV Cowling Winter Jacket

Just wondering if somebody is making them for RVs. I saw Piper Cub drivers often having them. Something like this

I fly all year around and would be glad to have a winter jacket instead of a random blanket. Last time the wind blew it off

Default Bruce's

Have a Bruce's insulated c/w tail #, looks great, fits great and works even better.

Vlad, if you can manage to stay on the ground at 53VG for more than 30 minutes, I can cut the templates to make one.

It may not be everyone's cup of tea but it sounds like a fun project for my tinkering spirit.

I'll do your RV-9A and my RV-8 at the same time.

I have a canopy cover from them. Very pleased. Didn't know they make insulated engine covers. Thanks Brian and Darin.

Glen let's do it this summer.
