Default Red Cube erratic, changed connectors

Looking for any help on my Red Cube. It was erratic then stopped working. I re crimped the connectors and it worked for one flight. At the condition inspection this month I replaced the connectors with a pin connector that I crimped and soldered. Worked this time for 20 minutes . I also made sure the impeller was free to move.

What now, can it be rebuilt or do I buy a new one? Any other things I am missing. It has about 440 hours on it. What is the failure mode?

Thanks - TJ

Have you tried calling the manufacturer to talk to them about it? I called them a while back about mounting suggestions. They were very nice and willing to talk to me.

I'll try to call them on Monday.

It is mounted on a bracket off the engine case under the accessory drive with straight runs going to it per discussions I saw on other posts. I think the location is ok where it is since it has been working for years.

I had similar issues and they replaced mine. Give them a call.
