Default oil pressure relief valve

Hello I am new here.
I have a rebuilt Lycoming o-320. I want to adjust the oil pressure. I understand how, it uses washers. I am not sure what torque to use when reinstalling the adjuster. The Manual lists 300 inch lbs and when using a copper crush washer it lists "contact plus 90degs" Any help will be appreciated
Todd

Don't torque it - use the instructions for the appropriate crush washer - turn it the number of degrees and safety wire it.
