Great Customer Service! Rigid Industries

[Flying again!]

I posted earlier about trying to find a replacement HID bulb for my Planelights wingtip landing lights as I was having trouble finding them online.

I called Rigid Industries to see if they knew where I could get them. They could not find the part number and asked me to send pictures og the bulb. I did this and within the day, the found one bulb left in their old inventory and sent it to me free of charge! I was out of warranty by a year but they supported their product!

Got it Friday and had it installed Saturday.

P.S. They have some good LED lights when my lights can't be supported....
