Precision Airmotive Eagle EMS operating experience

I have an Eagle EMS in my RV7A. Anyone else have experience using this system? I have a few questions. I run a fuel injected IO-375 and MT composite constant speed prop. Engine occasionally stumbles on brisk acceleration, and will run rough briefly after refueling on hot days.

Do you think it is because the prop is so light maybe it's outrunning the computer on the acceleration? Vapor lock on the hot days? Electronic leaning seems to smooth it out.
