Which starter

Getting ready to purchase a Skytek starter, but a little confused with the different models. (HT, XLT, LS) I have a Lycoming O320, 150 hp with a Prestolite starter on it. I know about selecting one with the correct number of teeth, but not sure if I need the HT or one of the others.

With the low compression engine, you should be able to use the lightest option, which appears to be the XLT.

I highly recommend using either the NL or HT model, they crank better and require much less current than the PM model (especially if you use some type of electronic ignition).
