Default General Canopy Weather-proof-ness

Curious how those who've tried two or more canopy types feel they compare in keeping weather out?
Sliders should be pretty weather/water tight up front, but they battle drafts from behind. I also wonder just how much water may get between the windscreen and aft portion of the canopy if the plane just sits out in the rain.
Tip-up's should be more weather-tight from above, but seem to risk water intrusion from the front.
What about tip-overs? Like Tip-ups, I'd expect no leaks in rain from above, but how well do they seal out rain in flight?
