Fabricating bulkhead flanges

A little while back there was a thread on here showing pictures of some fabricated flanges. Angle was used, and sections cut out to allow the flange to bend/wrap. I remember the post, and get this jist, but would like to revisit it. Problem is, I can't find it. Does anyone remember the title, or have it handy?

I am particularly interested in weight penalty due to the rivets. I can always fabricate a bulkhead traditionally with a form block, but haven't decided which way to go as of yet.
