Default First time builder question- to radius or not to radius

RV-14A

When the plans say to deburr, should all corners be radiused?
Page 07-04 revision 0 step 1. "deburr the skin edges"
So far" the plans have always called out a radius on corners. Looking forward
I did not find it called out.

Do not radius unless called for. Just remove the burrs. If you can run your hand across it and it feels smooth, you're done.

This old Bingelis drawing might help -

No spec., just sharp edges gone.
