Default My Elevator horn bearing is a bushing

It looks like my RV-6 has a bushing at the elevator horn pivot instead of a beariing. I found one or two references of Vans shipping VA-146 as a bushing before switching it to a bearing, so I believe it's 'per plans'. I think my kit was started in the late 90s.
I see almost no wear on the AN4 bolt w/ 400hrs TT. How many people are flying w/ bushings here instead of bearings?
