Miami Beach and Marathon Key
Our son David came to spend the Thanksgiving with us. The day after Thanksgiving we made a day trip to Marathon Key and on the way did a air tour of Miami Beach. David got to enjoy flying RV9A and I got to practice to be the camera man for Vlad the next day.

Ted I see a copper strip in the middle of the windscreen. What kind of antenna is that?

The copper strip is for my COM2. I had it before I removed it and installed a belly bent. Unfortunately, at a few big airports my belly bent could not get me talking to the ground (when parked near the tower). Being a slider with a magnetometer back and up there I can not put an antenna behind the canopy. At the end I put the copper strip back.
