Default MT Prop Governor Orientation

I seemed to remember something posted about this a few years ago but can't find it with a search. The P860-4 MT prop governor I am installing when installed correctly on the engine has the actuating arm pointing down instead of up so the cable attach bracket will not work correctly. Can the entire head of the governor be unscrewed and rotated 180deg?

Found the post. Looks like all I need to do is cut the safety wire on the 6 screws holding the back plate and arm, loosen them, then rotate to my hearts content. Tighten, safety wire, move on. Sound right?

You may have to remove the arm to install the bolt and/or make the stops work out too.

I have a Hartzell, so YMMV.
