Talking Around my RV-9A airport

Need help to educate the local city officials that changing OUT the amber color street lights around my airport that help reduce light glare is wrong. Its already difficult to see the airport at night because of light proliferation. Whats even worse is they are starting to change the lamps to a blue/white LEDS that REFLECT moisture in the air. The amber reflectively in moisture is minimal because of its wavelength. I saw discussions here at Vansairforce maybe a year ago about white light in the cockpit and the effects of visibility. Somebody spoke on the rods in the eye as well as the images left after encountering white light then a plunge into darkness. I want the education now to spread it to local officials what is harmful to us pilots as well as drivers. This lighting technology is coming to communities with airports. Better to educate our RV community and keep our airport approachs SAFE! All ideas welcome. Please moderators let this thread run for pilot SAFETY!
Thanks,
Ron EAA 292 in Oregon, EAA & AOPA member.
