Default builders cost?

Hey everyone, I'm between a rock and a stone. I was building my 8 and last year Sandy made my 8 in to amphib with out floats in my house. So now the house is done I'm looking to try this again.Empenage/wings tools and that week i ordered the QB fuselage. Anyway I don't want to start all over, I would like some recommends on reparable builders. Also what would be the going cost to get that done.

Thanks

Trey
