T-Hangars Available near Augusta, GA

I keep my RV-7 at Thomson-Mcduffie airport (KHQU), which is about 30 miles west of Augusta. I was informed by the airport manager yesterday that there are three T-hangars currently available for rent. They are fairly new, large, with concrete floors and electical service. Where I came from in the DC area this is unheard of, where hangar waiting lists are measured in years. This is a great airport, pretty quiet except at Masters time, friendly folks, reasonable fuel prices, etc. So far I'm the only flying RV here (The FBO owner is building an RV-14). We need more!
