Default External oil pump for distributing preserving oil?

Hi all,

Anyone have any good ideas for a cheap external oil pump that I could connect up to the cooler return port on the accessory case, and pump in my preserving oil mixture? I was hoping to distribute the oil throughout the whole normal lubricating path - up through the journal, down the cam, rods, etc to the sump - without cranking the engine. Mainly because the cylinders are already fogged and I've ripped off the starter. Ideally, I'd come back every few months, when recharging the cylinder desiccant plugs, drain the oil from the sump, and re-pump in the same manner, to keep things covered.

I wasn't sure if a hand-driven oil transfer pump, like from HF, along with a #8 hose barb to connect the pump hose, would provide enough pressurization to distribute the oil up to and along the journal. Or if anyone knew a favorite el cheapo electric transfer pump from AutoZone or such.

Thanks!
