Default Got a 6, 7, or 9 and seats with headrests?

I like the looks of the Classic Aero 'Aviator' seats with the headrest. Does the headrest make it very difficult for the passenger to retrieve something from the baggage area in flight?

Default Headrest

I have the classic seats with headrest. Getting things inflight is no problem but loading and unloading is a little more difficult.

My wife decided that she needs a headrest. I don't want one and already have my nice interior the way I like it. So I made a bracket to hold a headrest for her that is removable.

The hinge pin holds it in place, not strong enough to really put your weight on, but will hold her head up while she naps.

Default Head Rest

We have a headrest in our 9A, It for sure makes life a little more difficult loading and unloading bags.
