Thumbs up Fly-Ties = Great customer service

I bought a Fly-Ties tie down kit in the Spring of 2012. When I used it at Oshkosh in 2012, a couple of the heads broke off the stakes. I contacted Bruce at Fly-ties and he sent me 2 new stakes.

I had another head come off this year at the Vetterman fly-in. I sent Bruce a note and asked for another new stake.

Bruce sent me a note back that I must have a defective batch of stakes. He said toss them all out and he would send me a complete new set. They arrived in todays mail. He didn't even ask pay any part of the postage!

Wow, that's what I call great customer service!
