I guess you are not a real customer untill you order your wing kit which I did a few days ago.

I say this because I just got my first correspondance from a live person there where they actually thanked me for my business. In the past while ordering and building my emp. this never happened.

Good to know it gets better as you spend more money with them.

If you mess a part up you get to call them and talk to somebody in person too. Guess how I know this.
