I've had the pleasure of shooting numerous RV pictures for Van's for many years now, but if someone had told me that one day I'd be seeing a ready-built, fly-away-from-the-factory RV in my viewfinder, then I'd probably have shaken my head in disbelief.

However, that day came around last week, when Ken Scott, Joe Blank and myself flew a photo sortie to shoot promotional material for the SLSA RV-12.

Launching into the late evening sun, we flew until moonlight replaced the sun's rays. They sure have made a very pretty airplane...
