8160-2 Repairman Certificate

Does anyone have a completed sample of the Repairman form? Just started to fill this out, and I am a bit confused. I don't see anywhere to enter data for experience as a experimental home builder?

Be aware of a couple of "gotchas" on form 8610-2.
Only federal form I know of that asks for "first name first", and height is in inches, not feet and inches.

I had the same questions and called the B'ham FSDO to get some answers. The young gentleman I talked to said not to worry about it and come on up and we'll help you fill it out! All in all a very painless process. Made appointment, went it and sat down with him in a nice conference room and we filled out the required forms. About 30 minutes later, I had the paper version in my hands.
