Default KCOS area

I will have about 6 hours to kill in Colorado Springs on thursday (07-18), while the wife attends a conference. Any builders/airport bums in the area that wouldn't mind a visitor.

Default Meadow Lake

Years ago, I had some time to kill and ventured over to Meadow Lake (KFLY) airport. They have several RVs on the field and an active EAA Chapter.

Go to Meadow Lake. There are about 26 RV's on the field. Go to the tan hangars on the SE corner of the field. Look for an open door, great bunch of guys.

Couldn't agree more. Meadowlake (KFLY) is the place to go. Drop in and say hi to Loyd Remus in hangar 7941, unit 14. Really nice guy and is very smart about all thinkgs RV. Have fun out there!
