Very interesting reading - I'd love to get more details on each leg of the trip. I hope he is keeping a detailed log that he will share when he returns.

From what he is saying, he is having much less trouble than I would have expected. I've heard of many worse situations in some of the places he has landed. He must have a good attitude, and a warm disposition. Those help a lot!
