Anti Splat Aero Customer Service

I just wanted the extol the excellent customer service extended to me by Anti Splat Aero.

I'm not certain how, but I managed, while test fitting my oil separator, to damage the AN thread at the base of the unit.

I asked for a replacement to be shipped, along with a gust lock and a few other items. I noted on the total price that they had not included the cost of the oil separator. When asked for an amended price, they replied that they would replace it free of charge.

It is reasonable to suggest that Allan and the organisation have been known to attract a degree of scrutiny, but having purchased several of his products, I could not speak more highly for the quality of their manufacture or, indeed, Anti Splat's excellent customer service.

I sent an order in for one of Alan's prop wrenches and they got it to me in record time for standard shipping cost.

The wrench looks great and should work great as well. I will be testing it soon!
