Oshkosh: The unofficial gatherings
OK, so this is going to be my second year going to OSH. (and my first flying in...oboy!) Last year was a ton of fun, but afterwards, I got the idea that there were some interesting gatherings I missed out on. Lord knows I spent tons of time going over the forum schedule, planning my days, and learned plenty of interesting stuff that way.
But I'm pretty sure I remember seeing someone on here refer to an RV-8 builder get-together, which I was completely unaware of...and that's the kind of stuff I want to find out about. I kind of feel like last year I homed in on the forums and such, at the expense of the more fun personal get-togethers.
I already know about Dan's RV Social, and the copilot and I will definitely be there for that. Any other suggestions for me to go hang out with RVers?
