Default Prop Extension Dimensions for O-320

Does anyone have the dimensions for a 4" or 2.5" prop extension for an O-320. A machinist friend of mine offered to construct one if I found the plans.

Default Spacer

You can buy spacers from a 172 . Cheap and plentiful , I shaved one down for another project and added some chromemoly drive lugs . Check with Flagler Air Exchange or Wentworth .

I'm new here too, but I strongly suggest you not do this. I've been involved in homebuilts since 1980 and have seen at least 5 people attempt to build their own prop extension with 4 of them resulting in spectacularly bad results. Saber is where you need to go for an extension that won't fail. There are so many issues with building a reliable prop extension/bushing system!

Gotta go along with DEEK on this. Prop extensions are nothing to mess around with.
I've run Saber extensions on several aircraft since the early '90s, and have to say, they are a work of art.
