Question Torque value on steel fitting, table JA14A?

Hello

I'm installing my brake lines in an RV-7A, I have a different parking brake valve with steel fittings on valve and hose.

I found many information about aluminum fittings but no torque values for steel fittings. There is ofthen a hint to look in a table named JA14A for the correct values.
I was not able to find this table JA14A!

Does anyone has information about the torque for steel fitting, size 03?

Thanks alot,

Dominik
