Default Van's corregated blast tube vs. corregated wiring tube...

I'm installing blast tube to my magnetos. The firewall forward kit comes with not quite enough "high temp" corrugated blast tube. It looks identical to left over corrugated tubing I got from Van's to run wiring in the wings.

It there really a difference between the two? I put a piece of both of them in the oven at 250 degrees and they seemed to hold up equally well.
