Cabin Fram (roll bar) Questions?

Just laying out the F-631A pieces for my 7 tipper and the width per drawing 39 shows 42 5/32", and 17 19/32" tall. I am getting 42 20/32" wide X 17 16/32 tall. I am assuming I should cut 15/64" off each end to get the correct width but not sure how to make it 3/32" taller.

Any advice?

Also what is the best way to trim the ends and keep them square?

Thanks

Hey John.
Just trim the horz portion of the roll bar, left and right. Consider your net width regarding the outboard canopy alignment
with the outboard side skin. Using Sika Flex your frame with be narrower to accommodate the thinkness of the product.
If drilling and screwing, just add the thickness of the two sides of the plexy. The verticle height is set by raising the roll bar in place,
drilling and fastening to the heavy angle brackets fabbed and bolted to the longerons.
Bandsaw worked for me. But a hacksaw then file would work just as well.
