RV-6A with a 28' 8" wing span

Looks like Fowler flaps (-9A?) but an RV-6 tail. It's hard to tell but it also looks as if there is a small inboard leading-edge "cuff" at the wing root. Interesting film.

It would be nice if the individual who posted the video in his website and provided the description of the testing of the so called AVA-202 to bolster his online resume (or the government of Iran in its official video included there) stated and/or explained that this aircraft is a VANS aircraft that has been modified for their purposes. I did not see that anywhere on the site or the video. Someone that does not know could easily think that the "Aviation Industry of Iran" designed and/or created that aircraft.

Boy, watching that made me dizzy, and I'm not talking about the plane spinning. The videographer zooming in and out, spinning effect shot transitions, etc.
