This looks like some nice software for those of you pulling together videos. It currently also understands EFIS output. I discussed with the developer, and he's adding import for the GRT EFIS in a few days, and he already supports several.
Basically you throw your video and EFIS log data file at the software, and then you can overlay whatever you want on the video.
