Page 26-08 Step 10 does not specifically say to rivet the F-01417 left and right inboard seat ribs to the F-01405 bulkhead, except for the two rivets in common with the F-01405L piece. The diagram, however, indicates using AD4-4 rivets for securing those ribs, implying I do rivet the rest of those rivets on that step. As far as I can tell in the rest of the chapter, there are no explicit instructions elsewhere to set these rivets.
