Hey VAF,
I am building an aircraft with my brother, it will be 50/50 ownership, is there a way for dual registration? Whats best practice? Im the primary builder, he's been the primary bank

One registration. Each of you are co-owners.

Correct. List yourselves as co-owners. Whoever is listed first should be the one that list the owners address. This will be the address that the FAA will use to send registration renewal notices.

And only one of you would be able to get the Repair cert if you wanted to go that route.
