FADEC not recognized (No data on Lanes A\B)

Pretty sure I have a call to SteinAir in my near future, but hoping someone could suggestion additional troubleshooting steps I can try today. I'm seeing no data from the FADEC & isn't showing as detected. EIS appears to be operating normally (flashing green light). HIC is showing a solid green (or maybe yellow) light.

Steps I've tried:
1. Verified grounds to fuse box
2. Verified all fuses (both on power module & in fusebox)
3. Verified continuity to Power X3 from HIC
4. Verified continuity to GEA24 via pins 1-> 17 & 2->33
5. Reloaded config in GDU460
6. Verified continuity on the 2 FSP pins & 1 SBB pin on HIC d'sub

Anyone ever seen anything like this before?
Any additional troubleshooting steps anyone can think of?

Scaling "imgur" pics: Add one of the scaling characters listed below before the ".jpg" in the image address.

Here are all the dimensions and letters to choose from:
s = Small Square (90×90)
b = Big Square (160×160)
t = Small Thumbnail (160×160)
m = Medium Thumbnail (320×320)
l = Large Thumbnail (640×640)
h = Huge Thumbnail (1024×1024)
