What Oil Filter Adapter?

Well, I found a deal on an IO-360 I couldn't refuse. It has the inline style oil filter adapter that comes standard on the Thunderbolt engines.

I've seen a few RV's with angled adapters. What make/model are those. And, are the worth the added expense?
