Default Really?

Are you a serious seller this time? My buddy looking for a -9A was making flight arrangements to fly out to CA to look at your plane last month when you emailed him stating you had a buyer for $145000 and you would sell it to him for that. Needless to say, my friend declined and moved on.

Yes, I’m selling, and yes there was a buyer. At the time I was unable to sell without a replacement aircraft.

I did not email your friend and tell him that I’d sell it for $145,000 to him. With all due respect, what you’re saying is untrue. However, he and I had a conversation on the telephone and I told him I’d sell it to him for our agreed upon price of $105,000, to honor our conversation. He was upset that someone else saw the airplane, and at that time, I suggested that it may be better to go our separate ways, as I was unhappy with his demeanor. For what it’s worth, he was never making flight arrangements. He was waiting to talk to family in Coeur d’Alene before letting me know on a potential schedule, and interest level. He left it with me as my airplane was a “definite possibility”

To be honest, your friend having told me that he had gone to see eight airplanes, some by his own admission being quite nice, gave me pause. He didn’t really sound serious, and frankly, I’m not still sure that he was.

If you or anyone else would like to discuss this further, you’re welcome to call me at (760) 271-62 sixty nine.

One thing about me .. I do what I say I’m going to do. You or anyone else can be assured of that.

The sale was funded and transfer has occurred.

I was literally inundated with calls/messages on this airplane. Iíve tried to get in touch with each person individually that asked for me to let them know when the sale went through. In case I missed anyone, I apologize, and best wishes with your search for an RV-9A.

Josh
